A clean looking
society park is not just a beautiful hang-out place but an area where you can

Put several
trash bins at adjacent corners of the park area & paste a ‘Do Not Litter’
direction to help the munchies throw used cans or rappers in it. You can
appoint people who will everyday dispose-off the trash or a vendor on some
bucks a month for the same job. This is a collective approach so you can
contribute to pay the fees.
Use signage
Place signage to
direct the visitors. White or the most populous yellow stripes will help to
identify the areas of the park & their purpose. Use signage to direct
people to the entry or exit, swings, pool, fountain or to maintain distance

Pave a
walkway
This one is
about maintenance of the walkway. No doubt walkways in the parks are much prone
to quick damages because of the 24-7-365 use. Paving the pot holes, breakages,
cracks or splitting of bricks at regular time interval is a step.
Some DIY’s to repair a pathway:
1. Remove the debris and dust from the
walkway
2. Specify a boundary by edging the
repair site
3. Create a bed for the concrete to be
filled, or bricks to be placed
4. Tamp the gravel down to the ground,
add some more sand or asphalt as per your walkway material
5. Level the walkway by filling in the
gaps by sand or asphalt tar.
